Why Aluminum

Welded Aluminum vs. Big-Box Snap-In

The railings you find at big-box stores use a snap-in picket system. Pickets click into a channel and eventually rattle, loosen, and pull out. They're designed for quick DIY assembly, not long-term performance.

Our railings use a fully welded picket system. Every picket is welded directly into the top and bottom rail by skilled welders, creating a single rigid assembly that won't rattle, won't loosen, and won't come apart, even after decades of Calgary's freeze-thaw cycles and chinook winds.

Combined with a professional-grade powder-coat finish that resists cracking, chipping, peeling, and UV fading, these railings will look as good in year 20 as they do on installation day. Zero maintenance. No painting, no staining, no rust. Ever.

Engineering & Details

Built Right, Every Time

Welded Picket Assembly

Every picket is welded directly into the top and bottom rail, creating a single solid unit. No snap-in channels, no rattling, no loose pickets blowing out in the wind.

40× Stronger Than Wood

Aluminum won't rot, warp, split, or absorb moisture. It maintains structural integrity for decades with absolutely zero maintenance required.

Adjustable Stair Hinge

Our stair railing sections use a proprietary pivot system that sets to the exact angle of your stairs. No shimming, no gaps, no guesswork. Perfect fit every time.

Engineer-Tested & Certified

Every railing design is tested to meet or exceed Alberta Building Code requirements for height, picket spacing, and load capacity before it reaches your deck.

Hundreds of Colours

Professional powder-coat finish designed for harsh Canadian weather. Resistant to cracking, chipping, peeling, rust, and abrasion. Black, white, and bronze are most popular, but we can match anything.

5-Year Powder Coat Warranty

We stand behind the finish with a 5-year warranty on the coating and a full labour warranty on the installation. Your railing is protected.

Glass Panel Options

Clear, tinted grey, tinted bronze, or frosted privacy panels. All tempered safety glass set in welded aluminum frames. Posts spaced max 6 ft apart for rigidity.

Gates, Fences & More

Self-closing gates, aluminum fencing, wind walls, trellises, and post wraps. Everything is powder-coated to match your railing seamlessly. Concrete and wood mounting options available.

Important Note

Topless Glass Requires Proper Structural Backing

10mm topless glass railing should not be installed on a standard deck frame without the correct structural reinforcement. The glass panels create significant wind and force loads that must be properly supported. During our site verification, we'll assess your deck's structure and confirm whether topless glass is suitable, or recommend the framed glass panel alternative if it's not.
